Pit managers you can ask about bj rules at different tables, craps odds, etc. The BEST question to ask if you play Blackjack is, "How do you folks rate play?".

The scientifically proven best way to play craps

Playing craps solo is one of the best things in the world IMO. Casino Royale still has X times odds. You can only order a drink every 20 minutes there. You're going to lose all day not hitting 14 and If you decide not to hit a 16 against a 7 or whatever, I can stomach that, but there's no way you're going to win consistently not hitting anything below that. Basically your own private point. Someone mentioned x odds in Vegas. Any strategies they like to use other than just playing the don'tand no pass. I always look for a shoe or better yet hand held 1 or 2 deck game. If the shooter is on a roll, I'll waste a few 5 dollar bets on all the hard ways. Pass line and 2 come bets. If you're not doing so already, I recommend come bets. It truly doesn't matter what other people do, as they are just as likely to make the deck better as they are to make it worse. I only play the dark side if I am the lone shooter. Some casinos have odds limits of 3X, 4X, and 5X your pass line or come bet, in relation to the number which has been rolled. I will play craps in-between my NLH cash sessions. I hit on 12 because it's about the most dangerous card the dealer can have up. Maybe you are confused on the amount of odds that you can bet rather than the payoff amounts. I avoid blackjack completely as well unless I can play solo. I lost playing crapless at the Golden Nugget. Of course, that's not always the most fun, so you can play the 6 or 8 odds, but I'd stop there. I would go to Murphy a lot more than I go to Cherokee, 60 miles closer for me. I don't either. If you don't hit on 14 and you r not playing solo, you soon will be. Not hitting on 14 or 15 is a losing strategy. Word of advice It is an awful game that will drive you crazy. That is due to the fact that I don't follow the "rules" of Blackjack. There's a reason the house makes the dealer hit 16 and it's not for your benefit. I'd love it if they would juststart out with an electronic room like Cherokee used to be. I crushed the Marriott in Aruba solo. GTBumbleJacket wrote: branchheat wrote: Any strategies they like to use other than just playing the don't and no pass. I just hit less often than the table think I should. You can not win with the dealer getting closer to 21 than you. Anything can happen in short term playthe dumbest moves imaginable can make a lot of money. If table is hot, 3 come bets.{/INSERTKEYS}{/PARAGRAPH} I've had good and bad luck there but nothing compared to how poorly that trip to Biloxi was. Have you been to Murphy in North Carolina? I think that's what you meant to say. The most I'm out is my initial stake and I get a bunch of drinks and hours of entertainment for the money I "lost. Start New Topic. Always back up the Pass Line as it pays x4 on 10's and 4's, x3 on 9's and 5's, and x2 on 6's and 8's. I lost twice in less than an hour at the IP. They were very cordial. As heavy as you can stand on the odds behind each of these bets lowers the casino's house advantage. More Options. Back To Topics. It's a new Harrah's? For craps, if you want to maximize your winnings, you play the pass line or the don't, which has very slightly better odds and as much behind the line odds as you can. Every single other session in three days I lost big. As most people have stated, Craps is very streaky. I fair much better in New Orleans and Tunica. Can play odds and pays out same as pass line and odds. I also prefer to play Blackjack solo as well. Anybody have a craps table they like in Biloxi? What rules don't you follow? This is exactly how I play. So, stop getting mad when people play "wrong" whether it makes the shoe better or worse is just chance. Very relaxed atmosphere at the table there with the dealers. I got crushed on the craps tables in Biloxi also. Only guaranteed way to lose. I know what you are saying I should have walked away or played the dark side. The IP has been awful three times now to me. If you haven't ever shot alone I recommend it. The "house rules" though have lessened the attraction to single deck games. The rules matter a lot if you are gonna play a lot. I am guessing the hit or stay guidance. That was sweet. If you don't hit on14 and you r not playing solo, you soon will be. I think the rules are dumb since we don't share profits. The only luck I had was a regular table where I won inone session as the only shooter. That is their house rule. The rules aren't dumb imo. No idea what Crapless is but with Craps play 6 and 8 straight bets in multiples of 6 and the pass line. They give me the best comps but don't think I'll be returning. Some casinos have 10X odds on all numbers. {PARAGRAPH}{INSERTKEYS}I recently went on a three day trip to Biloxi and got murdered on the craps tables. Not sure where you got this, but you are totally wrong. The biggest changes I've seen in BJ is the payouts when you get BJ, the dealer having to hit soft 17, and the damned helmeted shuffle machines. Any strategies they like to use other than just playing the don't and no pass. My usual bets are pass line with odds, inside or outside place bets and come bets with odds. You don't make any other bets outside the Come bet, which is same odds as the pass line. Play the pass line take the odds and pocket your winnings above your stake as you go. Only one location I know of in Vegas has X odds. I hate to bust. WaCoJacket wrote: I got crushed on the craps tables in Biloxi also. I stayed at the Golden Nugget one night and the IP two others. You got it. I almost always come out ahead using this strategy. Standing on 14 or 15 with the dealer showing a 10 is a slow yet certain painful death. The only luck I had was a regular table where I won in one session as the only shooter. Black Jack, just buy a card that shows what to do with specific cards on a 8 deck shoe, and follow it. Played regular tables, ATS, and Crapless. I tried laying the 4 and 10 a few times when things got cold and guys literally would hit the 4 and 10 and then crap out. They were more common downtown. Just wondering what you think is better than the strategy listed on most of those cards. Rarely do I hit anything north of You cannot win busting. That being said nothing beats being nice or drunk on a hot craps tables.
